4 Questions

An often quick (but not always easy) way to create change in your life is to practice telling yourself the truth. In any given situation where you feel anxious, afraid, panicked, or stuck, ask yourself the following questions:
- Am I physically safe? 99.9% of the time, the answer is yes. Whatever it is that feels like it’s going to kill you, it’s not. If you are physically unsafe, find safety immediately.
- Am I filled with goodness and love?
- What am I grateful for?
- Do I have the right to be alive and live the way I desire?
Answering these four questions truthfully will help you see and know the truth. You are supposed to be here, alive in this world, thriving. We need you.
It’s your right and your duty to shine.
